Shipping Policies:
We understand the intimate nature of our products, so all of our orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging from our parent company, JLK & Associates, Inc. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 11am Pacific will be shipped out the same day provided the items are in stock.
You may receive several shipments to completely fill your order, but will NOT incur additional shipping charges. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each portion of your order once it has shipped.
We ship via USPS and FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with whichever service we deem to be the most secure. Larger orders may ship FedEx with an adult signature required.
*International Orders: Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee transit times for International orders.
**All Fedex orders placed after 11:00AM PST will be shipped the following day. Fedex does not run on Saturday. ie. if you place an order on Friday morning and want it overnight, you will NOT receive it on Saturday, you will receive it on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. A Second day order placed on Friday will get to you on a Tuesday, unless Monday is a holiday.
