Back seam hosiery is manufactured in such a way that a visible seam runs up the back side of each leg, from heel to the top of the stockings. These are also called vintage pantyhose or hosiery and can sometimes rarely be referred to as fully fashioned stockings. They were also the predominant style until the mid-1960's. Back seam hosiery is a sexy and trendy way to complete an outfit.
